I should have ordered the lemon flavor. The pomegranate makes me gag. But I choked it down and slept like a baby.

Sleep Blend works very well almost immediately for me. If I had a suggestion it would be nice to add some kind of flavor like mint or something to make it go down easier.

I’ve tried a lot of things. Never been a good sleeper. Fall asleep easily couldn’t seem to stay asleep the whole night through. Sometimes up for hours in between. I’m staying asleep more than ever and if I do wake, I fall back to sleep quickly.
